Sometimes great things are born out of procrastination. Such is the case with The Bruery, which came about as founder Patrick Rue avoided studying for the California Bar exam. As his home brewing hobby became a full-blown obsession, he drew up a business plan and, much to the relief of his frustrated wife, launched The Bruery and never looked back. Specializing in inventive and playful brews, the team of beer fanatics at The Bruery constantly experiments with new ingredients and aging techniques to create a constantly fresh line of innovative beers.

Among their ever-changing rotation of beers, Mischeif, an award winning Belgo-American Style Golden Ale, is one of two bottled brews that is available year round. Mischief was developed as an experimental brew and honed to perfection with input from both brewers and customers to create a dry yet fruity ale that is a step up from the ordinary IPA. Pour a cold glass and enjoy Mischief with light flavored fish like sea bass or halibut, shellfish, or a sweet fresh salad.

The Bruery Mischief Golden Ale is available at and in stores across the country.
