The James Beard Book, Broadcast & Journalism Awards Dinner will be held tonight at Chelsea Piers in New York City. A veritable who's who of the food journalism world will be wining, dining, and talking about the best, most beautiful, and most delicious examples of food journalism. Lucky for us, our very own Keith Schroeder, author of Mad Deliciouswill be in attendance. That's because he's nominated!

Two years ago, our Executive Food Editor, Ann Taylor Pittman, won a James Beard Award for her poignant essay "Mississippi Chinese Lady Goes Home to Korea." That same night, our 25th-anniversary tome, The New Way to Cook Light, also won one of the coveted awards.
