This dish says it all in the name: simple and blistered. All it takes is five ingredients, five active minutes, and a quick 10-minute blast in the oven. The trick? The broiler. To get hot fast, go for the broiler. Trust us. It preheats in a flash and acts like an upside-down grill, bringing veggies to perfect doneness in no time. Keep this quick side on hand for busy weeknights, or dinner parties. You’ll be thankful to have such a simple and easy dish that bursts with nutrients, flavor, and texture. Bonus! Pack in 4g of protein in each serving.
