Prosciutto-and-Almond Green Beans

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 pound trimmed haricots verts
  • 2 tablespoons sliced toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

How to Make It

  1. Preheat broiler to high. Place prosciutto slices between paper towels; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp. Break into pieces. Place olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, and haricots verts on a baking sheet; toss. Broil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place bean mixture on a platter; top with prosciutto, almonds, fresh thyme leaves, pepper, and salt.
