Transfer your favorite green smoothie into a scoopable version with this easy smoothie bowl recipe. Superfoods like kale, ginger, avocado, and matcha powder give this bowl a big boost of healthy benefits. Peaches lend a natural sweetness and help blunt the earthy tang of green tea powder. Look for perfectly ripe peaches, which blend up better and produce a silkier texture than unripe ones.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup (about 4 oz.) frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup (about 1/2 oz.) roughly chopped, stemmed curly kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado (about 2 oz.), sliced, divided
  • 1/2 small fresh peach, sliced (about 2 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 ounce slivered almonds (about 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1/2 tablespoon (about 1/8 oz.) matcha powder

How to Make It
