Not Quite Deviled Eggs

Perfect as a snack or breakfast, these peppery and smoky eggs hit the spot. Skip the scooping and mashing step of traditional deviled eggs, and simply spread the flavorful mayo mix on both sides of the boiled eggs. 

Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon canola mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

How to Make It

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Mix together mayonnaise and mustard and spread an even layer on top of eggs. Sprinkle each egg with aleppo, paprika and salt.
