How to Make It

Step 1

Mix miso and water in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and banana slices; cook 4-5 minutes, turning banana slices once halfway through. Add miso mixture and pumpkin seeds to pan, tossing to coat. Cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Top oats evenly with miso-glazed banana and bacon mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly overtop.
