- 1/2 cup vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 gingersnap cookie, crushed
- 1/4 cup low-fat Holiday Drizzle popcorn, such as Boom Chicka Pop
- Raspberries, for garnish
- Mint leaves, for garnish
How to Make It
In a small bowl, press crushed cookies into the bottom to create a crust.
Add popcorn and ice cream and garnish with raspberries and mint.
