- 1 teaspoon matcha, preferably ceremonial grade
- 1 ounce water
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 (12-oz.) bottle pilsner beer
How to Make It
In a shallow bowl, mix matcha in water with a whisk until a thin layer of foam forms over the top and there are no clumps. Add lemon juice.
Pour the matcha mixture into a pint glass, and SLOWLY top with beer to prevent the heavy foam from overflowing.
