  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 4 (6-oz.) skinless salmon fillets
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Lemon wedges

How to Make It

  1. Preheat broiler to high. Combine garlic powder, salt, paprika, and ground red pepper; sprinkle evenly over salmon fillets. Arrange fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Brush fillets with maple syrup; broil 1 minute or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lemon wedges.
