Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons shredded seedless cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 ounces 2% greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 ounce Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Granola

How to Make It
