How to Make It

Step 1

Sprinkle cucumber with salt and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off as much liquid as possible using a paper towel or cheesecloth. Discard juices.

Step 2

Whisk together yogurt, honey, mint, cucumber, and lime juice in a small bowl.

Step 3

Top with granola and serve.
