Cod with Herbed Pea Relish

  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 (6-oz.) cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make It

  1. Combine peas, oregano, shallots, capers, lime juice, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, and crushed red pepper. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. kosher salt over cod fillets. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and cod; cook 4 minutes per side.
