3 tablespoons refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk (such as Silk)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
