Thai Chicken Sauté
One of our favorite ingredients, Sriracha, brings its considerable chile heat to this dish, but coconut milk counters the
burn with sweet creaminess. Try this recipe with sliced pork tenderloin or tofu in place of chicken, or leave out the rice
and serve with romaine or Bibb lettuce leaves as lettuce wraps.
