  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 garlic bulb or bottled minced garlic*
  • 1 bunch green onions*
  • 1 package fresh mint*
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro*
  • 1 fresh pineapple (available peeled and cored)

 

Meat department:

  • 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin

 

Baking/condiment/canned foods/grains aisles:

  • Dark brown sugar*
  • Extravirgin olive oil*
  • Cooking spray*
  • Kosher salt*
  • Black pepper (preferably whole peppercorns to grind as needed)*

  • 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth*
