•   Glorify the greens. Send those potatoes home green with envy. Not only are greens an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C, and calcium, but they make fabulous chips. Kale, mustard greens, collard greens… crunch and munch away on our delightful twist on greens. Our Crunchy Garlic Roasted Kale is worth a try.

•   Go bananas. For a sweet treat, slice up moderately ripe bananas or plantains (like the Plantain Chips shown here) and either slow roast them or lightly sauté them for a crispy exterior and fruity flavor.
