Stand tall with your heels together and toes turned out about 45 degrees. Lift up onto your toes, with both heels off the floor, and squeeze your calves tight. From this position, slowly bend your knees to just short of 90 degrees and then straighten them, all the while keeping your back straight. Do 10 repetitions.
