This is the third post in our workout series.

No matter how much we love our workout routine, there are some days when getting to the gym is a struggle. Finding ways to make exercising fun and exciting helps us stay motivated to get up and go—and take our minds off the fact that the rest of the world is still sleeping.

We're now on week 8 of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (which you can try for a week for free), and we've mastered the art of making the workout fun (or, as fun as burpees and squat jumps can be). How do we do it? Well, we blast the music.

An upbeat, hard-hitting playlist helps keep us moving, especially during longer exercises (such as planks and jumping rope) where a distraction from the clock is especially necessary. Check out the playlist we compiled below, which we listen to during circuit workouts and sprint training.
