Relax your shoulders, chest, and back with this tension reducing stretch.

Ball Release Stretch

Lie back on a stability ball so that it’s positioned directly under your spine. Keep your knees bent about 90 degrees. Open your arms straight out to the sides, and relax. Let gravity pull your arms toward the floor. Hold for one minute. If you are with a friend, ask them to press gently on your forearms, to increase the stretch.
