Christy Price sought out the Cooking Light Diet in the hopes of feeling comfortable in her own skin again. Having now lost 50 pounds, she attributes her success to a dedicated exercise regimen and the delicious recipes offered through the Cooking Light Diet.

As an important member of the Cooking Light Diet community, we were interested in having Christy preview our recipe for Tortellini Salad with Zucchini and Peas. "It was really good!" she says. "The lemon in the dressing brought out the other flavors, and made it taste like a fantastic summer salad." She was surprised that the salad tasted even better the next day: "The flavors had melded a bit more, and the lemon was more powerful, having soaked into the zucchini. I'm definitely making this when I crave something cooler for lunch this summer." Sounds like a great way to offset summer's sweltering heat.
