Our better-than-takeout homemade pizza is ready in less than 30 minutes.
Every Friday, the Anderson family has pizza night. It's a chance for them to get together an indulge while giving Katie, the matriarch, a chance to reset. We sent her this recipe to shake things up, and it was an instant hit. "The pizza was fabulous," Katie says. "You can't beat fresh mozzarella, and the veggies were very kid-friendly," Katie and her crew found that making pizza together as a family instead of ordering in made dinner more of a fun event. Her only concern was how involved the recipe would be. "It has to be easy," she says, and thankfully this recipe is: "We'll definitely be making this again on another summer pizza night."
