How The Cooking Light Diet Is Helping This Mom Reach Her Pre-Pregnancy Weight

From the first hello, I absolutely adored Gemma Finamore. Originally from England, she has that lovely accent you could listen to all day. Not to mention, her name is Gemma. And if those two things didn't already make her the cutest person ever, she started "Gemma's Healthy Journey" where she posts photos of her meals and tracks her weight loss journey.

Having already tried various weight loss programs, Gemma found herself looking for something different. "I'm not really one for counting points or weighing things out. Other diets didn't work out for me. I'm already averaging a loss of 1-2 pounds per week on the Cooking Light Diet." Gemma began with the goal of meeting her pre-pregnancy weight, which she is well on her way to. She's lost a total of 7 pounds in 5 weeks.* Go girl!

The Diet also inspired her to start "Gemma's Journey" as an accountability method, as well as a way to have fun with cooking. She has already encouraged so many to make healthier choices just from sharing her own delicious food!

Gemma plans to stay on the Diet even after she meets her weight loss goal. Her idea of dieting has evolved from a weight loss point of view to a healthier lifestyle method.
