Full disclosure: I told myself I would cut way down on fast food in 2016, and I passed a Dairy Queen on the way home Monday. I can say no to many, many things, but the temptation of a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard doesn't make the list. I did go with a mini, though! Small victories, folks.
