Brown Time

Fall’s here. You’ve probably already stocked up on apples and pears and made some soups and stews.

But let’s also remember to switch from clear liquors to brown. Out with the vodka and gin, in with whiskey, scotch and the like. They’re great for cold-weather cocktails, and for cooking as well.
