His search for responsibly produced and delicious ingredients led Daniel to Golden Angels Apiary, which provides the honey used year round in Lindera Farms Honey Vinegar. The rich honey, full of naturally occurring pollens, is made by bees thriving without the use of chemicals or toxins, yielding a fantastic product with very low environmental impact. He recommends drizzling over salad greens for a bright and healthy dressing or using it to baste, marinate, or finish hot dishes.
