Pompano with Tropical Barbecue Glaze
A little fish substitution didn't faze Maidajohn with this recipe. "This dish was excellent. I used swordfish because I couldn't get pompano. The sauce had a great flavor,
with a bit of a kick. I served basmati rice with it; a perfect combination to blend the flavors."
