Peach Mojitos

This Cuban cocktail features a unique twist with the addition of a sweet seasonal favorite. “The fresh peaches added a nice light, refreshing flavor, especially good on a hot day,” explains Lisa. “The lime and the mint balanced out the sugar. I much prefer these mojitos to the traditional version.”
