Turkey Alfredo Pizza

Herbed tomato-mozzarella salad
Combine 3 cups halved grape tomatoes and 1 cup cubed fresh mozzarella cheese in a large bowl. Combine 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, and 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour dressing over salad; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Quick Tip: Rubbing the pizza crust with a halved garlic clove imparts lots of flavor with little effort and no chopping.
