Spinach, Hummus, and Bell Pepper Wraps

Ten minutes is all you need to create this veggie-packed wrap. Fresh produce, creamy hummus, and salty feta add a broad range of flavors and textures. Best part? It can be made the night before.

Mini Mozzarella-and-Kale Pita Pizzas

Kids love pizza, whether hot or cold, and these pita pizzas are no exception. Chock full of whole grains and vegetables, your camper will hardly notice thanks to the flavorful sauce and rich cheese blend.

Creamy Blueberry Chicken Salad

Perfect served with crackers, in sandwich form, or just as-is, this mildly sweet chicken salad is sure to please. Dial back on the lemon juice or red onion if your child has a sensitive palate to sour or pungent foods.

Zucchini and Bean Burritos

Nothing is quite as sad as a soggy burrito. This vegetarian recipe takes that into account, and uses the bean mixture as a barrier to ensure a crispy tortilla will remain by lunchtime.

Avocado Sushi

Great for easily popping into your mouth, a sushi roll makes a simple but different addition to lunch boxes. Mix and match fillings based on your child's tastes.
