Roasted Oysters with Pancetta and Breadcrumbs
For easy prep, slice the lemon and make the bread mixture ahead of time. Store in the refrigerator. Just before guests arrive,
assemble the oysters then pop them in the oven. Be sure to set a timer; the oysters cook for only a short time.
