Many of the recipes in this collection call for at least one broth variety. Broths may be made with or without gluten, so it is important to read labels to find a safe version. By law, companies have to list wheat on the label if it is found in any ingredient. If you are still unsure or the label is unclear, contact the manufacturer to find out more. But, don't worry about lurking gluten in our first recipe—there's no broth in the ingredient list for our Chunky Tomato-Fruit Gazpacho.
