Champagne Gelée with Strawberries

This beautiful, seasonal dessert is basically Champagne in a bowl. Unlike some classic gelatin desserts, this one--relying on a high-quality sparkler--is quite elegant. You can cut the set gelée into a crosshatch pattern for small cubes that "look like sparkly diamonds in the bowl.

Lobster Nachos

Revel in our iteration of nachos laden with lobster, avocado, and a rich, yet amazingly low-fat cheese sauce. Complete it with a heap of crunchy, piquant tomato-radish salad on top that takes this dish to a completely new level.

Hasseltots with Crème Fraîche and Caviar

And with no forks required, this 2-bite appetizer is perfect for cocktail parties where guests will be juggling drinks and nibbles.
