Combine 1 tablespoon canola oil, 1 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1 teaspoon Madras curry powder, 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro, 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt.
