Cut dough into 4 (8 × 1-inch) strips; twist each strip. Arrange dough on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 11 minutes. Combine 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1½ tablespoons thinly sliced basil, and 4 minced garlic cloves. Brush butter mixture over breadsticks.
