Brush dough with 1 lightly beaten egg; sprinkle with 1½ teaspoons caraway seeds and 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt. Cut dough into 4 (8 × 1-inch) strips; arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until golden.
