Cut dough into 8 (8 × ½-inch) strips. Arrange dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes.
Combine 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon melted butter; brush over hot breadsticks. Place ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds in
a shallow dish, and roll breadsticks in almonds.
