Six by Six

A few minutes and a few ingredients add up to 6 great menus.

Six simple meals, each with entrees of just six ingredients (not including salt, pepper, and water). All can be ready in a half-hour. If you start at 5:30 you can have six on the table by 6 p.m. (We thought that was clever, too.) But eat whenever you want. The time is all yours.
