Chicken-Peanut Chow Mein
Chow mein noodles have a nice chewy texture that's a great match for the tender chicken and crunchy carrot and snow peas in
this recipe. It's the same savory Chinese-American dish you can get at any restaurant, but our version has less than two grams
of saturated fat per serving. Asian-flavored sautéed greens, like spinach or bok choy, are an excellent side.
