Sweet and Sour Shrimp
Cornstarch serves two purposes in this dish: A quick dredge in it gives the tofu and shrimp a nice crisp coating, and it also
makes the sauce thick and glossy, just like you'd get at a restaurant. For an extra nutrition boost, serve over brown rice,
or use rice noodles for something slightly different.
