Quick Pork Picadillo Sandwiches

This Cuban favorite is similar to a sloppy joe, but with much more sophisticated flavor. Ground pork is cooked with lots of spices (secret shortcut ingredient: pumpkin pie spice), as well as raisins, tomato, and olives for a great combination of tastes. Serve with black beans, or leave out the buns and serve with black beans and rice.
