Mozzarella, Ham, and Basil Panini
You don't need a fancy machine to make a panini, just two skillets and about six minutes. This preparation, with sharp mustard
and balsamic vinegar to balance the creaminess of the cheese, can be made with turkey, roast beef, or just about any cold
cut instead of ham, and your favorite sliced cheese in place of the mozzarella.
