Seafood Arrabbiata

Time: 30 minutes

Simple Sub: This recipe is equally good with fettuccine or spaghetti.

Serve with Garlic Broccoli Rabe: Cook 1 bunch broccoli rabe in boiling water 1 minute; drail well. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 sliced garlic cloves; sauté 1 minute. Add broccoli rabe and ¼ teaspoon salt; cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with 1½ teaspoons grated lemon rind.
