Pomegranate juice and sugar combine in a simple glaze that makes a baked pork tenderloin worthy of company. (You need not confess how easy this was to make.) If you make the glaze ahead of time it will thicken considerably; just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds at a time until it has thinned.
