Here's a recipe that's as pretty to look at as it is delicious to eat. Crisp, fresh, and colorful carrots, peppers, and snow peas are stir-fried, then doused in a simple-but-fiery sauce. The whole process takes less time than cooking the boil-in-bag rice over which the dish is served.
