Perennial Crops

Vegetables & Fruits: All fruits, except strawberries, which are usually replanted every few years

Herbs: Chives, mint, oregano, rosemary, thyme

Exceptions: In areas such as South Florida, where summers are steamy, even heat-loving plants can become stressed or diseased. Many warm-season crops are grown along with cool-season crops during the frost-free winter days or during the shoulder seasons of spring and fall.
