We bid you adieu, sweet summer. Thank you for giving us long, lazy days for farmers’ markets, boat parties, and roasting marshmallows bonfire side. But above all else, we are grateful for your bounty. The fuzzy kind. What follows is an ode to our favorite summer fruit: The Peach. Use them all up while you still can.

Blueberry-Peach Cobbler: No peach list is complete without a cobbler. The blueberries make it that much more crave-able.

Sautéed
Black Grouper
with Peach RelishThis peach relish will amp up any (sustainable) fish you serve.

Bourbon-Glazed Peaches With Yogurt: As if peaches weren't delicious enough, we introduced them to our old friend, bourbon. They hit it off instantly.

Peach and Brie Quesadillas with Lime-Honey Dipping SauceThese quesadillas are all grown up and ready to be eaten until you can't move anymore. No? Just me? Okay.

Peach and Prosciutto Canapés: A salty-sweet appetizer that your guests will fight over. Make enough for leftovers.

Sparkling Rosemary-Peach Cocktail: Peaches get a little tipsy with their favorite girlfriend, Rosemary, and we're into it.

So long, summer. Next up: Fall
