I'll admit it—I'm obsessed with those blue-hued beauties. Believe it or not, there actually used to be a time when I despised blueberries. What was I thinking?

Despite my sad past of not taking part in the deliciousness of these antioxidant-packed berries, I'm making up for it in my current love affair. You can find me adding them to my overnight oats, heating them and topping my pancakes with them, swirling into creamy Greek yogurt, or eating them frozen as a healthy snack. (Did I mention I like blueberries?)

Luckily for me, I'm not the only one who enjoys blueberries at Cooking Light. I'd say it's safe to assume that we all love them a good bit, especially when they're perfectly in season.
