Peas are lovely additions to salads, stir-fries, pizzas, soups, and more. Use snow, snap, and shelling peas in a variety of tasty dishes that will have every member of your family asking you to "Pass the peas, please!"

First up is Lemony Snap Peas. Sugar snap peas are a spring favorite and can be eaten whole, pod and all. Harvest when the pods are tender and the peas are still tiny. This recipe makes the most of the peas’ natural sugars. Cook for just a blink in boiling water, and serve with this citrusy Dijon dressing.
