Distinctive Flavor

Despite what many warm-weather gardeners may think, cilantro is a true gift from the garden. Always best when fresh, cilantro is a welcome (and essential) ingredient in an array of flavorful salsas, sauces, soups, and more.

First up is our Pork Posole. This is a rainy-day, warm-your-insides kind of meal. The peppery radish slices are a must, as are wedges of lime and a sprinkling of fresh cilantro. It’s also convenient that you have most of a beer (preferably a locally brewed, nutty ale) left to drink with it!
