3-Ingredient Mango-Jalapeño Pop

Spicy-sweet is a great label for this ice pop. The creamy sweetness of the mango blunts the heat of the jalapeno. We make one ingredient, the lime, play double duty by using both the zest and juice.

Sweet mango is ideal for frozen treats because it's luscious texture doesn't get very icy once frozen. Blended juice, it's an especially tropical treat. But we're not stopping at the fruit and citrus. No, we're kicking it up a notch with bits of jalapeño. The sweet mango blunts the sharp heat of the avocado. You'll definitely get a warm tingle from the pepper, but it's a delight to eat. You will come back for seconds (maybe thirds). After all, they're only 50 calories a pop.
